Dellbrook|JKS are currently underway with the new construction of 211 market rate rental units of housing in a single 6-story building. Construction includes abatement and demolition of an existing office building on site and new construction of a 227,000 SF residential building with one level of underground garage (40,860 SF) and six stories above grade. 1550 Soldiers Field Road building has two levels of post tensioned concrete podium and five levels of type 3A wood- framed residential above the enclosed garage structure and the first floor, with automated “stacker” parking system. The project consists of a combination of Studio, 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units.
