The Madison Park Village IV development included a total of one hundred forty-three living units in fifteen low-rise buildings with a mix of one hundred twenty six – two bedroom and seventeen – three bedroom living units. The work executed by Dellbrook|JKS included exterior envelope work including replacing siding, trim/millwork, windows, doors and roofing. Most of the HV/DHW systems were also upgraded. Full replacement of the fire detection/alarm system and wiring for security camera systems were completed in each building.
