SkySail Scituate
SkySail Scituate is a 110,000 SF, new steel and wood framed, mixed use construction project consisting of six new buildings with podium for 160 parking spaces (exclusive of MBTA parking). Phased construction includes four, three story residential buildings with 78 residential units, with below grade parking as well as a three story mixed use building and a single story 8,914 SF retail building as well as a coffee shop and pedestrian path. The units are evenly split between one and two bedrooms with 11 affordable units. New utilities will be installed throughout the site to support the new infrastructure and will be LEED Silver certifiable.
