The building has 390 units, a 575 space precast concrete parking garage and extensive site improvements and landscaping elements. Approximately 6,126 cubic yards of ledge was removed from the site. The building facade is a combination masonry, cementitous siding with composite metal paneling with an aluminum curtain wall systems and vinyl windows. The building amenity spaces include a pool, 3 story fitness center and luxury finishes.
